Self-care is important for supporting our mind, body, soul, and spirit. It’s not selfish, it’s actually quite the opposite. Without self-care, we become depleted, and we have nothing left to give. Self-care is a tool we can use to nourish ourselves, so that we may flourish in all areas of our lives.
