Flagstaff Arboretum Benefit Dinner

We love to cook, especially for a good cause! 

In September 2020, Mike and I had the honor of creating a farm fresh, 4 course meal for a lovely group of ladies in Oak Creek Canyon. Our host won our catering services at a recent Flagstaff Arboretum fundraising event. We were so happy to fill the menu with fresh ingredients from our farm!

Starter

Heirloom 9 Variety Tomatoes with Fresh Mozzarella and Basil

Breaded Variety of Summer Squash Topped with Lemon Basil Aioli

Soup and Salad

Cream of Mushroom Soup with a Variety of Wild Local and Organic Mushrooms Topped with Basil, Thyme, Marjoram, Sage and Oregano. Served with a Sage Sourdough roll

Rocky Top Lettuce Salad Greens Topped with Roasted Purple and Gold Potatoes, Aunt Molly’s Ground Cherries, Marigold & Calendula Petals, Goat Cheese and Blueberry and Sage vinaigrette

Main Course

Garden Herb Infused Olive Marinade, Creek Stone Farm Filet Mignon, Tri-Color Quinoa, Roasted Zucchini, Okra, Eggplant and Braised Swiss Chard, Collard Greens and Kale

Chocolate Flourless Torte, Duck Egg Anglaise
